WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help with no hassle! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method if the product did not meet your expectations. The refund will be processed back to its original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
•Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Returned items must include identifying information and be returned in the original product packaging.
•Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
•The shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item.
•A prepaid return label will not be provided unless the wrong item was sent, or the item was damaged in transit.
AFTER SALE POLICY
1 Product broken
Every statue we guarantee it was in perfect condition, and we have agreement with delivery company, they will take care with our package, and never opened with our package during security check, but we cant guarantee you will received It without any damage, because resin statue is fragile. we cant avoid it. Only we can do is making this things happened in low probability (Read more details what we will do), But if broken, We will help you contact the studio for the replacement first (more details about replacement ). If studio cant offer the replacement, we will make parts refund (according to condition of broken),also we will find some statue repairer try to solve it. But if you cant accept any flaws or broken, please order with care, forgive us cant service for it.

2 Product flaw
All statue made by handwork, and factory environment is not good enough sometime, even a bit confused, or studio did not do well in QC(quality check), sometime if your order get some flaws, we can help u get replacement, but if factory cant offer replacement, we will do parts refund(according to condition).
If buyers want the 100% perfect, without any problems, please order with care.
3 Product lose
•Once we confirm product is lose, we will send full refund or ship a new one (according your choice).
•Statue is attractive and also it is a collector, we totally understand your feeling when u get a imperfect statue, but sometime these problems we cant avoid, hope get your understanding.
•After sale service time
We highly recommend u open box in time once you receive the package, and tell us immediately if you get any problems in your statue (click here to read reasons).
•If your statue get problems in personal problems, we can try to help u to solve it, but if there is some fees, buyers have to charge it .
WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
•After an order is cancelled or a return is processed, your refund will be issued to its original form of payment.
•Upon completion of your return, a refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.
•After a refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for Paypal refunds and 3-10 business days for all other payment methods.

•An order can be cancelled and immediately refunded if the package has not yet begun processing for shipment.
•Once a package begins processing for shipment, it will have to be delivered to its destination and returned to Animekingdoms before a refund can be issued. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more detailed information.
•Product in pre-order: 1)14 days after placing the order, we will take 30% deposit for the order cancellation or change.
2)cancel the order when the statue is ready shipped, we will not offer deposit refund or change.
•Special situation: Release date of studio is an approximately date, sometime release date is much different from the date they announced, if the release date is over 3 months more than their excepted, we will cancel or change order for FREE.
