WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGES IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
If it is determined that the package is lost due to mis-delivery by the carrier, we will replace your order.
If the package is lost due to an incomplete, or incorrect address, we can not offer refunds or exchanges - all customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again.
If you find that your shipping address is incorrect, or that it has changed since you've last placed your order, please notify us with the order number and address.

Shipping cost is not free , We will inform u to pay the balance when statue is ready shipped, Every product we will offer an estimated shipping cost in the description. You will not pay the maximum we set.
* IN-STOCK product shipping cost:
shipping cost be showed when u check out , for the fixed shipping cost, we will write shipping details in description.
* Taxes free delivery method available to:
United States, UK, EU , AU, CANADA, MEXICO, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Russia.
* Train delivery method to :
Most areas in Europe countries but not in European Union. Such as Swiss, Norway ..
WHERE YOU SHIP AND SELL?
We ship product from China directly(the factory location).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will be processed during normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The delivery time after processing will vary based on the shipping address.
If an item is a pre-order, the pre-order will ship until it's in stock.
Once an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In special circumstances, tracking numbers may not be available.

Standard method: China post SAL : We recommend for US, Japan , Canada, AU, ECT...(below 30KG in real weight , 2-5 weeks in normal condition)
China post air : We recommend for most of Asian countries.(10-15 days in normal condition)
FEDEX&UPS Via quickly boat: We recommend for US , Canada for the big box or massive statue shipped together .(25-35 days in normal condition)
UPS/DPD railway: We recommend for all the EU customers (100% taxes free) , delivery time around 30-40 days(in normal condition)
Targeted delivery method: We have some targeted delivery methods for some ASIA countries and Russia .Shipping cost is very cheap and taxes free , delivery time around 30 days .
TNT: We recommend for Kuwait, Qatar , UAE, SA, ECT.
EUB: 2-3 weeks for the small package below 2KG to the most of countries (during in normal condition)

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
If you need to change your address for a pre-order that has not yet shipped, please contact customer service. Changing your address under "My Account" will not change the address attached to your pre-order, it will only affect future orders.
