HOW TO PRE-ORDER?
To Pre-Order, it is essential that you agree to the precautions. Please read the following precautions and make sure that you are fully aware of the procedures.
About the reservation fee (PayPal settlement)
Items that have a description of the reservation fee are items that require an application fee at the time of booking.
Placing your order, the fee is made a payment and the order is confirmed.
The deposit will be settled at the same time as the reservation order. The remaining balance will be billed for monthly installments or deliveries. The reservation order will be finalized at the completion of the payment of the reservation.

ARE PRE-ORDER RELEASE DATES ACCURATE?
We are in constant contact with our vendors to ensure that each release date is as accurate as possible. However, the dates listed are only an estimate. As such, the date may change due to reasons beyond our control. If the pre-order date does change, we will update the product listing and will do our best to notify all customers affected by the change. We also set up a monthly delayed items list, where you can see all the pre-orders that have been delayed and state the new estimated ship date.

THE RELEASE DATE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE HAS PASSED AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT! WHAT HAPPENED?
It may take 3-7 days for our warehouse to pack and ship your order. If it has been more than 10 days since the release date, please contact us and we will reach out to the vendor to determine the status of the product.

WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE MY FOR PRE-ORDERS?
we will send invoice to your Paypal every 15th month
Every pieces for pre-ordered, we will write approximate release date in product description. when it is ready shipped, we will inform you via email to pay rest.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
14 days after placing the order, we will take 30% deposit for the order cancellation or change.
MY PRE-ORDER WAS CANCELED. WHAT HAPPENED?
We do our best to fulfill every order. However, sometimes issues happen that causes the order to be unfulfillable. These reasons include but are not limited to: quantity limitations, manufacturer errors, inaccurate pricing, or fraud. When orders are canceled, you will be notified via email with the reason.

WHY DID A PRE-ORDER ITEM CLOSE EARLY?
In rare instances, we'll close pre-orders early because of vendor requests, or if we sell out of the item before the cut-off date.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE FOR PRE-ORDERS?
We currently only accept PayPal of payment for pre-order items. Other payment methods, such as credit cards, PayPal, are only available for in-stock items.
